WEEKEND COLD PLUNGE & SAUNA EVENT
FRIDAY - SATURDAY JULY 19 & 20, 2024
Arrive in your bathing suit or come a few minutes early to change. Then make your way to the cool fresh water pond & waterfall or the wood fired sauna or visa versa - this is your hour session, do what feels best to you!
The pond, stream & waterfall are always available when you are ready to cool down. Feel free to jump in, wade or walk along the spring fed pond or submerge yourself gradually in the icy stream. Enjoy the sounds of the water rushing down the rocks filling the pond with living water.
The healthy benefits of cold plunging & sauna are immense! This wonderland experience is the place to increase white blood cell production & blood flow, nourish & strengthen the respiratory system, release endorphins & relinquish stress & relieve discomforts in muscle fibers, connective tissue and bones while increasing energy production to boost metabolism.
This is an incredible event in a serene quiet woodland homestead setting, second to none. You will be surrounded by joyful bird songs, rushing water & country breezes that will rejuvenate & support your body, mind, spirit & soul.

Are you new to cold plunging & sauna? No worries, we are here to guide you in acclimating and create an amazingly positive and rewarding first experience!
Come as you are -solo and meet new friends or plan ahead to come with family and friends - the more the merrier!
Prepare by being hydrated. Bring a towel, and water in a reusable container. Each session includes a refreshing serving of water infused with electrolytes.
Swim shoes or strap back sandals are highly recommended.
2024 Evening Forums
These complimentary evenings begin with a relaxed Q & A forum giving those in attendance the opportunity to ask health related questions for themselves, family or friends. Every forum will be unique as the guests that attend & the questions that are asked.
Practitioner, Laura Wieczorek will select attendees from the group & perform demonstrations to provide first hand experiences on what she does through Whisperology™ & Intention Based Field Resonance Testing (IBFRT).

Meditation Sessions
Fasting the Mind
These meditation sessions will assist in fasting the mind. With gentle guidance in focusing attention while acknowledging and letting go of distracting thoughts. By practicing retreating into fasting the mind meditation regularly, you will embrace the peace that is within you and become aware of inner self talk, what past messages you have stored, how to clean and clear them while becoming less prone to external stress. We incorporate heart to breath centering to activate the body's autonomic relaxation response and reduce feelings of tension. Additionally, these sessions will allow you to become more in tune with your thoughts, and how they impact the body's senses and responses.. Mastering the art of fasting the mind takes time and practice, but with dedication, you can achieve a more serene and peaceful state of being. Each session builds upon the previous, allowing you to ease into restoring your true essence and come out of the process with the knowledge and personal experience to build resilient strength to wear the world like a loose garment.
